The Cordillera Community Microfinance, Inc. (CCMI) started as a microfinance project of Cordillera Parent’s Federation Inc. (CPFI), a partner organization of Child Fund International in the Cordillera. The project was designed to increase the income of poor families by providing them access to quality financial services with the long term goal of improving the well-being of children.
With the technical and financial support of Child Fund Philippines, CCMI was successfully registered as an NGO Microfinance in 2012 which envisions to support the development of families and children in the Cordilleras and nearby provinces through microfinance.
Nestled amidst the breathtaking peaks and lush valleys of the Philippine Cordillera region, the Cordillera Adivay Lions Club stands as a vibrant testament to the enduring spirit of community service. With a rich tradition rooted in the global mission of Lions Clubs International, the club is renowned for its innovative programs and passionate commitment to social transformation.
At the very heart of its legacy lies the LEO (Leadership, Experience, Opportunity) Development initiative—a program designed to ignite young minds with the ideals of citizenship, leadership, and altruism, shaping a new generation of compassionate leaders.
